“Erin’s classes taught me how to use code in useful ways, explore real-world problems, and express my analysis in creative ways. For instance, in Intro to Digital Media, she taught me about the implications of gender bias with Fitbit... Her class gave me the tools to create new media art for things I care about. Learning about these tools and the artists who use them has allowed me to connect with new media artists in California, New York, Berlin, and Prague. ”
